EnerSafe Takes Training Fully Online!
EnerSafe has reached an important milestone in its digital transformation, with all training and assessment now supported through our online Learning Management System (LMS). This transition represents a significant investment in the way we deliver our training and provides learners with a more streamlined, accessible and consistent training experience.
Our approach combines the benefits of face-to-face learning with the convenience and efficiency of digital assessment. To ensure best practice and alignment with industry standards, learners will continue to participate in face-to-face training where required, providing valuable opportunities for trainer interaction, discussion and practical learning. All knowledge and practical assessment evidence is now submitted through the EnerSafe LMS, creating a centralised and consistent process for assessment and record keeping.
Our digital learning environment gives learners greater flexibility and accessibility, with training and assessment resources available directly from their own device. This enables learners to engage with their training resources when and where they may need them, while providing a seamless experience across learning, assessment and course progression. For EnerSafe, consolidating these processes within a centralised LMS also provides greater visibility of learner progress and supports a more efficient, consistent and connected training experience.
The transition to online assessment means faster turnaround times for learners. Digital assessments can be reviewed and marked through the LMS, reducing the time associated with processing and manually managing paper-based training. This enables EnerSafe to issue certificates more efficiently once all training and assessment requirements have been successfully met, helping learners receive recognition for their achievements sooner.
By significantly reducing the need for paper-based resources, EnerSafe is adopting a more sustainable approach to training by reducing the environmental impact associated with printing, storage and transportation of training materials.
